Cathy Workman (owner of Herbal Health) is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience spanning sales leadership, marketing, project and portfolio management, and community health advocacy. She is currently pursuing a BS degree in Community Health Education at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, she also serves as the Director of Community Health Education at Pathology Prevention™, where she empowers individuals and communities to lead healthier lives through education and preventative health initiatives.
Her career includes executive roles in sales, marketing, and business development at companies such as PepsiCo, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Solae, GE Oil & Gas, PGS, Land O’Lake, Medtronic, Pfizer-Animal Health, Zebra Technologies, National Oilwell Varco, where she managed multimillion-dollar quotas, built client relationships with global brands, and trained high-performing sales teams. Cathy’s unique background bridges corporate strategy, health and wellness promotion, and community engagement, reflecting her passion for both business growth and community health and wellness.
In her spare time, Cathy is a classical pianist, loves to cook, hike, camp, garden, BBQ and smoke meat, read good books, watch old movies, is active in her church, loves to visit with friends and her 6 children and 11 grandchildren.
